Cancellation policy
Some items in our shop may be offered as subscriptions, pre-orders, or other special purchase options. This policy explains how changes and cancellations work for those purchases.
Memberships & Subscriptions
Memberships provide ongoing access to benefits, early access, or exclusive offerings during the active membership period.
Membership fees are non-refundable once billed, as access to membership benefits begins immediately.
You may cancel your membership at any time. Cancellation will prevent future charges, and your membership benefits will remain active through the end of the current billing period.
Memberships do not renew once cancelled unless you choose to re-enroll.
For questions about memberships or billing, please contact us at website@thebookishbrew.org.
Pre-Orders
Occasionally, we offer books or goods as pre-orders. These items may be out of stock or scheduled to arrive at a future date.
When you place a pre-order:
- We may collect full payment, partial payment, or store your payment method at checkout.
- The item will be fulfilled once it becomes available.
You may cancel a pre-order before it has been fulfilled.
Once a pre-order has shipped, it is subject to our standard Refund & Returns Policy.
Please note that Limited Edition or special printings may have different cancellation or refund rules, which will be clearly stated on the product page.
Try Before You Buy
If we offer a “try before you buy” option in the future, your payment method may be authorized before the item ships. You’ll be given a set period of time to decide whether to keep the item.
If the item is not returned within that period, your payment method will be charged for the full amount.
Additional details, including timelines and return requirements, will be provided at the time of purchase if this option is available.
Questions
If you have questions about subscriptions, pre-orders, or other purchase options, please reach out to us at website@thebookishbrew.org. We’re always happy to help clarify before you place an order.
