Refunds & Returns
We want you to feel comfortable ordering from The Bookish Brew.
We offer a 30-day return window, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- In the same condition as received
- Unworn or unused
- With original tags (if applicable)
- In original packaging
You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your item.
Returns sent without prior approval cannot be accepted.
Return Shipping
If your return is accepted, we may provide a return shipping label depending on the item and fulfillment method. Instructions will be included in your return approval email.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at website@thebookishbrew.org so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
